The Old Barracks Museum occupies a building that, in the 1750s, housed troops during the French and Indian War. The museum preserves the historic building and works to educate the public on the history of the New Jersey area during Colonial and Revolutionary times. A changing gallery offers exhibits such as "America's First Victory," a series of paintings depicting the Battle of Trenton from the eyes of the soldiers and from General George Washington. The museum lies downtown, just south of North Trenton Park.
Open daily 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
